Elyseé Residences is set to redefine prestigious apartment living in Australia.
The design creation of award-winning architects MPS, Elyseé will comprise just 24 super apartments of unrivalled space and distinction.
The project will be located on the north facing Kirra beach, famed for the surf break at Kirra Point, regarded as one of the world’s best surfing waves.
Plans are currently being finalised for the rejuvenation of the southern Gold Coast foreshore, including a 15 kilometre beach promenade to culminate in a pedestrian-friendly beach precinct that is set to rival Venice Beach in California, San Sebastian in Spain and Nice on the French Riviera.
Each palatial Elyseé Residences apartment will be sized from 380 square metres and include expansive 14 metre balconies overlooking the beach.
Design is complemented by attention to detail, including the incorporation of 36 environmentally sustainable design (ESD) principles, unprecedented in apartment design in Australia.
The fresh focus on this seaside village is part of a $400 million transformation of arguably one of Australia’s most under-estimated beachfront locations.
