Kirra to ride high as Coast surges
The southern Gold Coast is set to boom in the next few years, with prestige property developers hunting for super apartment sites.
Kirra's reputation as a haven for drug users is about to end, with $400 million worth of projects planned for the suburb described as the Coast's "sleeping giant".
Developments include the $80 million Elysee Residences, where site work began last week.
