Australia's top surfers want the Kirra Big Groyne put back.

Mark Occhilupo said the southern Gold Coast-Tweed group of professional surfers, including himself and the "Cooly Kids" - Joel Parkinson, Mick Fanning and Dean Morrison - all felt the return of the Big Groyne would improve Kirra's wave quality.
