Flight of the rich
The A$80 million luxury Elysee Residences on the Kirra beachfront and Ivory on Burleigh at Burleigh Heads, which offer some one per floor apartments, have recently achieved phenomenal sales.
Elysee Residences, featuring 24 penthouse-sized apartments ranging in size from 380m2, has tapped into a whole new market (including one New Zealander) as it chalked up more than A$55 million in sales at an average price of more than A$3 million in just two months.
