Waterside localities at top of list
Ten Gold Coast suburbs have been pinpointed as potential investment hot spots this year. The Gold Coast Hot Spots Report, complied by Lynda Campbell from PRDnationwide's Gold Coast Corporate office, identified units in the beachside suburbs of Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Burleigh Heads as some of those expected to perform strongly this year.
The report also predicts home and units in the southern beachside suburbs of Palm Beach and Bilinga, Kirra and Tugun will be areas to watch.
