Laing O'Rourke to build Elysee project

Gold Coast: Reward Developments Australia has appointed Laing O'Rourke to build the $80 million apartment project, Elysee Residences, at Kirra on the Queensland Gold Coast. The 13-storey residential project will comprise 24 penthouse-style apartments ranging in size from 380 sq m to 781 sq m. Two of the penthouses will also have a 25m lap pool.
