Brisbane developers target renowned surf-break suburb

A Brisbane-based property company is the latest in a line of developers to lay plans for a mixed-use tower project at Kirra.

Pikos Holdings, associated with Pedro, Michael and Anthony Pikos, has sought Gold Coast City Council approval to develop a 13-level building on a holding at the corner of Musgrave and Haig Streets.
