Kirra property boom leads south's revival

It doesn't matter if you have beach views - if you own property in Kirra Beach than you are sitting on a gold mine, real estate experts say.

With more than $500 million spent on the development of beachfront, ' super apartment' complexes along Musgrave Street, together with Kirra's laid-back lifestyle, proximity to the Gold Coast Airport and the Tugun bypass, real estate prices are booming, with demand outstripping supply, according to local real estate principal David Stringer.
