Demand booms for best units

It is luxury living on a super scale and buyers are lapping it up.

Super apartments in the sky are the fastest growing trend in the property market and cashed-up baby boomers are leading the way.

While the bottom end of the unit market on the Gold Coast is threatened by over supply, the super-sized prestige unit market is currently going gang busters.
