$3m Kirra apartment

Former Mercedes Benz wholesaler Colin Heckenberg is the latest off-the-plan buyer at Elysee Residences at Kirra in Queensland.

Heckenberg, previously of Sydney's Walsh Bay, has paid more than $3 million in Reward Developments $80 million, 24 apartment project at the fast-reviving southern end of the Gold Coast.
