Luxury units at Kirra
Work has now started on the luxury Elysee Residences at Kirra on the Gold Coast, following the appointment of construction group Laing O'Rourke to the project.
The development has been some time in the making, but has already chalked up to $45 million in sales at an average price of $3 million.
The start of the $80 million Reward Developments Australia project follows two years of planning.
