A blend of interstate, local and Brisbane buyers have combined to make Elysee Residences at Kirra one of the most sought-after beachfront residential addresses on the southern Gold Coast.

The launch of the $80 million super apartment project has unearthed an insatiable demand for prestigious apartment living, with the developers notching up $45 million in sales at an average price of $3 million.
