Kirra turf's wave of Brissie buyers

Brisbanites are snapping up Kirra units, often sight unseen, with some real estate agents claming the beachside suburb's 'new Noosa' tag is feeding the frenzy.

Property industry expert Chris Litfin told The Gold Coast Bulletin this month Kirra's beauty could be compared with Noosa's but its proximity to the Gold Coast Airport and Pacific Highway offered lots more.
